Chapter One: Introduction
1.1 Background of the Study
Development journalism focuses on addressing issues that hinder social and economic progress, often advocating for policy reforms and community empowerment. In Jama’are LGA, Bauchi State, development journalism has become an influential tool in promoting rural electrification projects.
